扶正抑癌方联合吉非替尼片治疗非小细胞肺癌对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正抑癌方联合吉非替尼片治疗非小细胞肺癌对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将80例非小细胞肺癌患者按照入院编号采用信封随机法划分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组予吉非替尼片治疗,观察组予扶正抑癌方与吉非替尼片治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫功能指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率82.50%,高于对照组57.50%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgA、IgG、IgM水平均升高,CD8^(+)水平下降(P<0.05),且观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正抑癌方联合吉非替尼片治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效显著,可提高免疫功能,有助于增强患者对化疗的耐受。Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Fuzheng Yiai Prescription combined with Gefitinib Tablets on immune function of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 80 patients with NSCLC were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random envelope method according to the admission number,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Gefitinib Tablets for treatment,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Yiai Prescription combined with Gefitinib Tablets.The clinical effects and indexes of immune function were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 82.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 57.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IgA,IgG and IgM in both groups were increased,and the CD8^(+)levels were decreased(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the CD8^(+)level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Fuzheng Yiai Prescription combined with Gefitinib Tablets has a significant curative effect on NSCLC,which can improve the immune function and help increase the resistance to chemotherapy.
