摘　　要：企业科技向善已成为目前热议的话题,但关于企业科技向善的研究尚处于起步阶段。采用语义分析法、逻辑演绎法与文献归纳法,明晰企业科技向善概念的内涵与外延;并按照“科技创新动力-科技创新目标-科技创新约束”逻辑链条,基于现实中存在的企业科技向善阻碍和质疑分析,推演出三个命题,厘清了企业科技不善的根由,价值逻辑、以人民为中心的社会本体论、融合兼施信念伦理和责任伦理是实现企业科技向善的逻辑起点;最后,基于新兴技术的发展与应用,探究企业科技向善的实践路径,已有理论的假设和争论,以及技术水平的局限致使企业科技不善有时优于科技向善对企业短期经济效益的贡献,新兴技术的发展和应用将改变这一关系。研究结果既丰富和拓展了企业科技向善理论,也为企业等科技创新主体、行政监管机构和用户降低或消除科技创新带来的负面影响以及实现共同富裕提供了理论借鉴和实践参考。With the development and application of emerging technologies,enterprise technology for social good is becoming more and more important.Although the question has always existed since its emergence,that he development and application of science and technology is good or evil,because of its"double-edged"feature.However,with the updating,iteration and continuous development of science and technology,new challenges and evil problems have also emerged.It is technology for social good.However,the current research on enterprise technology for social good is still at the stage of beginning,and the concept of enterprise technology for social good is not unified.There is also a lack of research on why and how to do it.This paper is exploratory research,and it mainly adopts the method of semantic analysis,logical deduction and literature induction,aiming to answer the three basic questions of what,why and how.First of all,it answers what should be included in enterprise technology for social good,from the relevant literature research and the main content that people pay attention to.It forms the concept of enterprise technology for social good,its connotation and extension by further classification and refinement.Extension of the concept is to concretize it and prepare for future empirical research and meas-urement.Secondly,it answers why,based on the logic of"motivation-goal-path".It analyzes the mechanism of enterprise technology for social good.according to the logic chain of"technological innovation power-technological innovation target-technological innovation constraint".The specific research starts from the main reasons and existing doubts that obstacles of enterprise technology for social good in reality.Three propositions are deduced and the mechanism of action is formed,according to literature induction and logical deduc-tion.Finally,basing on the application of emerging technologies,such as digitization,digital intelligence,computational thinking and digital twins,a possible practical path of enterprise technolog
