摘　　要：目的 探讨南宁市注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ADHD)儿童忽视的影响因素,为改善ADHD儿童忽视现状和促进健康发展提供科学依据。方法 采用随机抽样方法,选取2019年7月—2021年12月于南宁市妇幼保健院首诊确诊的311名6~11岁ADHD儿童为研究对象。根据“中国城市6~11岁小学生忽视评价常模”中规定的量表进行调查,在总体忽视及身体、情感、教育、安全、医疗、社会6个忽视层面分为忽视组及非忽视组,采用logistic回归分析ADHD儿童忽视影响因素。结果 男童、女童6个忽视层面及总体忽视率组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对忽视的6个层面及总忽视率的危险因素分析显示,儿童年龄、与家人关系、母亲文化程度为主要影响因素。结论 影响ADHD儿童忽视的主要因素有儿童年龄、儿童与家人的关系、母亲文化程度,因此可通过加强亲子关系,增加妇女终身学习的机会以预防和减少ADHD儿童忽视的发生。Objective To explore factors influencing the neglect of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in Nanning city,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the status quo of neglect of children with ADHD and promoting healthy development.Methods A total of 311 children aged 6-11 who were first diagnosed with ADHD in Nanning Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as subjects by random sampling method.According to the scale stipulated in"Neglect Evaluation Norm of 6-11 Year Old Primary School Students in Chinese Cities",the subjects were divided into neglect group and non-neglect group at the overall neglect and 6 levels of neglect included body,emotion,education,safety,medicine and society,and the influencing factors of the neglect of children with ADHD were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results There was no statistically significant difference in 6 neglect levels and overall neglect rate between boys and girls(P>0.05).The analysis of the risk factors of 6 levels of neglect and total neglect rate showed that the age of children,relationship with family members and mother's education level were the main influencing factors.Conclusion The main influencing factors of neglect of children with ADHD include children's age,relationship between children and their family members,and the mother's education level.Therefore,the occurrence of neglect of children with ADHD can be prevented and reduced by strengthening parent-child relationship and increasing women's lifelong learning opportunities.
