摘 要:为有效量化城市路网中路段的重要性,从路段在城市路网中的结构和功能两个角度构建指标体系,采用改进CRITIC与TOPSIS法相结合的综合评价模型。在考虑每个指标的变异性以及指标间冲突性定权基础上,用加权TOPSIS评价模型计算各评价路段与理想解的接近度,得到路段的重要性综合评价结果。随后对武汉市道路网络进行了实例验证,结果显示:排名前20%的路段集中在路网主干道上,排名靠后的路段集中在路网支路上。最终,通过对比路段重要性排序攻击与随意攻击后路网连通性结果,验证了此方法具有合理性,可以为交通规划与管理提供技术参考,以便提高城市道路网络运行效率。In order to effectively quantify the importance of road sections in urban road network,the index system is constructed from the two perspectives of the structure and function of the road section in the urban road network,and the comprehensive evaluation model combining the improved CRITIC and TOPSIS method is adopted.On the basis of considering the variability of each index and the weight of the conflict between indexes,the weighted TOPSIS evaluation model is used to calculate the proximity between each evaluation section and the ideal solution,and the comprehensive evaluation result of the importance of the section is obtained.Then,a case study was carried out to verify the road network in Wuhan City,and the results show that the top 20%of road segments are concentrated on the main roads of the road network,and the bottom of the road segments are concentrated on the branch roads of the road network.Finally,the rationality of this method is verified by comparing the results of road network connectivity after importance ranking attack and random attack.It can provide technical references for traffic planning and management,so as to improve the efficiency of urban road network.
