摘　　要：物流关务集约化管理在集团企业内部管理控制中占据着重要的地位。针对集团企业物流关务集约化管理,分析了集团企业物流关务集约化管理的内容,提出了物流关务共享服务中心模式、区域管理模式、事业部制管理模式、子公司自营模式4种集团企业物流关务集约化管理模式,分析了集团企业规模、集团企业经营战略、子公司的地理位置、集团公司的管理能力、子公司业务的相关性5种影响集团企业物流关务集约化管理模式选择的因素,在此基础上,提出了集团企业物流关务集约化管理模式选择矩阵。Logistics and customs affairs intensive management occupies a significant part in group corporationsinternal management control.Aiming at group corporations logistics and customs affairs intensive management,the content of group corporations logistics and customs affairs intensive management was analyzed.Four types of group corporations logistics and customs affairs intensive management modes,like logistics and customs affairs shared service center mode,regional management mode,divisional structure management mode,subsidiaries self-support mode,were proposed.Five types of factors that influence the selection of group corporations logistics and customs affairs intensive management mode,like scale of group corporations,business strategy of group corporations,geographic locations of subsidiaries,management ability of group corporations,business relevance of subsidiaries,were proposed.Based on management modes and influence factors,selection matrix of group corporations logistics and customs affairs intensive management mode were proposed.
