摘  要:目前高职大学英语课程思政团队构建面临一些现实困境:第一,教师思政意识薄弱;第二,教师思政素养缺乏;第三,思政团队构建支持力不足。构建公共英语课程思政团队是大学英语精品课程思政体系建设的前提。为此,政府、学校以及教师应形成命运共同体,加强协作,合力完善大学英语课程思政体系建设。政府应完善政策导向,加大对职业学院课程思政建设的支持力度;学校应积极开展相关思政培训,传播优秀案例;教师应提高思政理论学习,提升自我思政素养。At present,the construction of ideological and political teams in higher vocational college English courses faces some practical difficulties:first,teachers'ideological and political consciousness is weak;Second,teachers lack ideological and political literacy;Third,there is insufficient support for ideological and political team construction.The establishment of the ideological and political team of public English courses is the premise of the construction of the ideological and political system of college English excellent courses.To this end,the government,schools and teachers should form a community of common destiny,strengthen cooperation,and work together to improve the ideological and political system of college English courses.The government should improve the policy orientation and increase the support to the ideological and political construction of vocational college courses.Schools should actively carry out ideological and political training,spread excellent cases;Teachers should improve the ideological and political theory study,enhance their ideological and political quality.
