高校新生适应性教育的内容体系与实施路径

摘　　要：新生适应性教育在高校人才培养中的地位越来越受到重视,新生能否良好地适应大学生活在很大程度上影响学生的成长和发展。从量化分析和定性访谈结合的角度,深入分析某高校新生适应性教育的满意度,并在此基础上完善新生适应性教育的内容体系和实施路径。对新生适应性教育评价量表进行描述性统计、变量分析、文本情感分析,结果显示高校新生适应性教育对学生适应大学生活具有显著效果。结合访谈数据分析,整合优化后的新生适应性教育体系包含10个主维度和21个细分维度,不同内容的实施路径可由学生工作相关人员分类开展。The role of freshmen's adaptive education in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities has been paid more and more attention.Whether freshmen can adapt to university life well affects the growth and development of students to a large extent.From the perspective of quantitative analysis and qualitative interview,this paper deeply analyzes the satisfaction of adaptive education for freshmen in a university,and on this basis,improves the content system and implementation path of adaptive education for freshmen.Through descriptive statistics,variable analysis,text sentiment analysis,etc.on the evaluation scale of adaptive education for freshmen,the research results show that the adaptive education for freshmen in colleges and universities has a significant effect on students adapting to university life.Combined with the analysis of interview data,the integrated and optimized adaptive education for freshmen includes 10 main dimensions and 21subdivision dimensions.The implementation paths of different contents can be carried out by the relevant personnel of student work.
