生活知识的转化——在地饮食文化影响下的器物设计研究

摘　　要：文章探讨在地饮食文化中,地方性知识和普遍性知识之间的相互转化,以及这一转化在日常器物上的表现问题。食物作为唤醒每座城市烟火气的载体,其特定城市或区域的特色文化呈现出不同的饮食结构,从而影响着日常器物的使用属性。通过研究在地化情景中所蕴含的地方性知识,从各地域不同饮食结构中发现饮食文化通过现代创新设计,以器物为载体代入民众的日常生活当中,最终实现普遍性知识的现代化转化。This article attempts to explore the mutual transformation between local knowledge and universal knowledge in local food culture,and the expression of this transformation on daily utensils.Food serves as a carrier to awaken the fireworks in each city,and the characteristic culture of a specific city or region presents a different dietary structure,which affects the use of daily utensils.By studying the local knowledge contained in the localization scene,it is found from the different dietary structures in various regions that the food culture is substituted into the daily life of the people through modern innovative design and using utensils as a carrier,and finally realizes the transformation of universal knowledge into modernization.
