专业课程中非技术能力培养路径研究与实践——以“高层建筑结构”课程为例

摘　　要：在工程教育专业认证标准体系中,非技术能力和技术能力具有同等重要性。针对专业课程对非技术能力培养难以形成有力支撑的问题,本文以土木工程专业“高层建筑结构”课程为例,提出了“通过设计强化非技术能力培养,在技术能力培养中涵养非技术能力”的改革方法。通过教学设计、教学资源建设、产出评价、持续改进等方面的具体实践,有效促进了专业课程对非技术能力的培养。Non-technical and technical ability are equally important in professional certification stand-ard system for engineering education.To solve the problem that professional courses are difficult to have a strong support for the cultivation of non-technical ability,the improvement ways are proposed in this paper,to strengthen non-technical ability development through design and infiltrate non-tech-nical ability in technical ability development,by taking the course of“tall building structures”for ma-jor of civil engineering as an example.The practice in teaching design,resource construction,output evaluation,and continuous improvement,etc.has been performed,which is effective to cultivate non-technical ability in professional courses.
