摘　　要：2012年到2022年十年间,创新药物层出不穷,药物的定性、定量分析方法呈现多样化和复杂化特点,由此推动了药物分析前沿技术的迅猛发展。笔者围绕化学药物分析技术、中药分析技术、生物药物分析技术及药物分析新技术4个方面,对近十年来我国药物分析前沿技术的发展历程进行综述,并展望了未来药物分析领域应重点关注的方向,以期为推进药物分析技术“传承精华,守正创新”奠定科学基础。In the decade from 2012 to 2022,innovative drugs have emerged,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of drugs have shown diversified and complex characteristics,thus promoting the rapid development of frontier technologies of drug analysis.In order to lay the scientific foundation for promoting drug analysis technology“inheriting the essence,keeping the righteousness and innovation”,the development of the frontier technologies of Chinese drug analysis in the past ten years was summarized from four aspects:chemical drug analysis technology,traditional Chinese medicine analysis technology,biological drug analysis technology,and new drug analysis technology,and the future direction of drug analysis should be focused on was prospected.The scientific foundation is laid to promote the“inheritance of the essence,keep the righteousness and innovation”of drug analysis technology.
