新冠肺炎疫情下美沙酮维持治疗门诊管理策略

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)是一种急性呼吸道传染病,具有很强的感染性和传播性。美沙酮维持治疗门诊受治者大多为感染HIV、HCV及梅毒的高危群体,免疫力低下,存在较高的新冠感染风险。新冠肺炎疫情爆发后,昆明市疾病预防控制中心美沙酮门诊第一时间成立疫情防控领导小组,制定美沙酮维持治疗门诊组织管理、人员管理、物资管理、环境管理以及宣传教育等方面的疫情防控方案,避免发生医患纠纷及感染事件,保证受治者就诊需求和医患人员的生命健康安全,保障疫情期间美沙酮维持治疗门诊工作稳健有效运行。本文可为美沙酮维持治疗门诊在应对新冠疫情等突发公共卫生事件时提供参考。Novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)is an acute respiratory infectious disease with strong infectivity and transmissibility.Most of the methadone maintenance treatment(MMT)patients are high-risk groups infected with HIV,HCV and syphilis,which show lower immunity and higher infection risk of COVID-19.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,methadone clinic of Kunming center for disease control and prevention established an epidemic prevention and control leading group immediately to formulate epidemic prevention and control plans for MMT to reduce doctor-patient disputes and infection incidents,including clinic organizatiomn anagement,personnel management,materia1l management,environmental management,publicity and education.Moreover,those strategies could futher guarantee the medical needs of the patients as well as the health and safety of doctors,and ensure the stable and effective operations of the MMT outpatient service during the epidemic.This article can provide an important perspective for MMT clinics in response to public health emergencies such as COVID-19.
