摘　　要：网络空间的发展日新月异,随之而来的是网络犯罪的多元化和治理困难,寻求一种具备普遍性的网络空间犯罪预防路径成为当务之急。情境犯罪预防理论通过设计情境预防的模式对可能诱发犯罪行为的必然条件加以事前干预,在西方国家的城市犯罪治理得到广泛应用,但围绕情境犯罪预防理论在网络空间应用的问题鲜有探讨。以情境犯罪预防理论为视角,通过清晰定义和划分诸多的网络空间犯罪行为,整合已经投入应用和具备可行性的网络空间管理技术手段,有助于形成完备的网络空间应用场景,有效治理网络空间犯罪问题。The development of cyberspace is changing with each passing day,followed by the diversification and governance difficulties of cybercrime,so it is urgent to seek a universal path of cyberspace crime prevention.The theory of situational crime prevention interferes in advance on the necessary conditions that may induce criminal behavior by designing the model of situational crime prevention,and it is widely used in urban crime governance in western countries.However,there is little discussion on the application of situational crime prevention theory in cyberspace.From the perspective of situational crime prevention theory,the clear definition and division of many cyberspace crimes and the integration of applied and feasible cyberspace management techniques are helpful to form a complete cyberspace application scene and effectively deal with the problem of cyberspace crime.
