摘  要:列车通过曲线段时轨下垫板单侧破坏严重,产生边缘外翻、撕裂的现象尤其突出,使用寿命较短,工人养护维修工作量大。为克服上述缺陷,文中对不同开槽形式、不同钢片布置形式的轨下垫板进行动力响应分析,考察列车以不同速度通过曲线段时垫板的动力性能,通过不同结构形式的垫板组合优化,解决曲线段轨下垫板不对等损坏的问题。结果表明:列车通过曲线段的理论设计速度为70 km/h时,曲线超高可抵消离心力;优化设计轨下垫板为1/2长度占比开槽垫板插入2层1 mm厚钢片时,列车以40~80 km/h通过曲线段的轨下垫板的变形相较其他结构形式的垫板明显减小,优化设计之后的装配式垫板变形更均匀,实现了轨下垫板变刚度设计,使用寿命延长,克服了运维过程中发现的列车通过曲线段时轨下垫板单侧破坏严重的现象;轨下垫板动力响应研究可作为客货共线铁路曲线段垫板优化设计的理论依据。When the train passes the curved section,one side of the rail pad is seriously damaged;the system suffers from prominent edge valgus and tearing,short service life,and large workload of maintenance and repair by workers.In this article,in order to overcome the above-mentioned defects,the rail pad with different slotting forms and different steel-sheet layouts is subject to the dynamic-response analysis.With the dynamic performance of the rail pad passing the curved section at different speeds into consideration,by means of the optimized combination of different structural forms of rail pad,efforts are made to deal with the un-equal damage to the rail pad on the curved section.The results show that when the train is passing the curved section at the theoretical speed of 70 km/h,the curve super-elevation can offset the centrifugal force.When the optimized rail pad is to slot the rail pad with the 1/2 length proportion and insert 2 layers of the 1mm-thick steel sheet,the train passes the curved section at the speed of 40~80 km/h,and the rail pad has smaller deformation compared with its counterparts of other structures.After optimization,the assembled rail pad has more uniform deformation,variable stiffness,and extended service life.The one-sided severe damage of the rail pad found in the actual operation and maintenance process when the train passes the curved section is overcome.The research on dynamic response serves as theoretical basis for optimal design of assembled rail pads on curved sections of mixed passenger-and-freight railways.
