摘 要:职场精神力与工作态度间的关系一直存在争议。本研究通过对150篇相关文献(220个效应值)进行元分析,发现职场精神力与工作态度整体上呈中等正相关,与工作投入、组织承诺、工作满意度和工作卷入呈高度正相关,与工作倦怠和离职意向呈中等负相关;另外,在集体主义、紧密型文化下,或使用工作方面量表时,职场精神力与工作态度间的关系更强,而行业类别的调节作用则不显著。本研究为全面认识职场精神力与工作态度间的关系提供了理论参考,也为管理者改善员工工作态度提供重要的借鉴依据。The relationship between workplace spirituality and work attitude has always been controversial.Through the meta-analysis of 150 related literatures(220 effect size),this study found that workplace mental strength was moderately positively correlated with work attitude as a whole,highly positively correlated with job involvement,organizational commitment,job satisfaction and job involvement,and moderately negatively correlated with job burnout and turnover intention;In addition,under collectivism,tight culture,or when using the work type scale,the relationship between workplace mental strength and work attitude is stronger,while the moderating effect of industry category is not significant.This study provides a theoretical reference for a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between workplace spirituality and work attitude,and also provides important reference for managers to improve employees' work attitude.
