二甲基色胺所致精神病性障碍1例

摘　　要：二甲基色胺是人们所熟知的一种致幻物质,在人类、老鼠等哺乳动物大脑中也能微量产生,结构类似于5-羟色胺,使用后会产生欣快感,但长期大量使用不仅会导致头晕、恶心等躯体不适,还可影响人的感知觉、情感、思维多个方面,甚至产生幻觉妄想等精神症状。而国外有研究表明慢性、间断性、低剂量使用二甲基色胺可有效缓解抑郁焦虑情绪。本文报道我院收治1例滥用二甲基色胺产生精神病性障碍的病例,并对其药理机制及展望进行讨论。Dimethyltryptamine(DMT) is a hallucinogenic substance known to people.It can also be produced in human,mouse and other mammalian brains.Its structure is similar to 5-hydroxytryptamine,and it will produce pleasure after use.However,long-term extensive use will not only lead to dizziness,nausea and other physical discomfort,but also affect people's perception,emotion,thinking,and even produce hallucinations and other mental symptoms.Foreign studies have shown that chronic,intermittent,low-dose use of dimethyl tryptamine can effectively alleviate depression and anxiety.This paper reported a case of psychiatric disorder caused by the abuse of dimethyltryptamine in our hospital,and discussed its pharmacological mechanism and prospect.
