口服肠内营养乳对局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗患者营养指标及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服肠内营养乳对局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗患者营养指标及生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2021年4月—2022年3月收治的局部晚期鼻咽癌患者80例作为研究对象,随机分成A组和B组,每组40例。A组实施常规治疗措施,B组在常规治疗措施基础之上使用肠内营养乳。比较两组IMRT前后相关营养指标(血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、BMI指数)变化、生活质量评分(QOL)和放射性急性口腔黏膜炎的分级。结果:B组HB(放疗后结束1周内)、ALB(放疗后结束1周内)、BMI(放疗前-放疗后结束1周内)高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组生活质量评分总良好率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组口腔黏膜炎毒副反应分级优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部晚期鼻咽癌患者在放疗期间口服肠内营养剂可以改善患者营养相关指标以及生活质量,减轻放射性急性口腔黏膜炎,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of oral enteral nutrients on nutritional indexes and quality of life in patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 40 cases in each group.Group A received routine treatment,and group B received enteral nutrients on the basis of routine treatment.The changes of related nutritional indicators(hemoglobin,serum albumin,BMI index),quality of life score(QOL) and grade of acute radiation-induced oral mucositis before and after IMRT were compared between the two groups.Results:HB(within 1 week after radiotherapy),ALB(within 1 week after radiotherapy) and BMI(before radiotherapy-within 1 week after radiotherapy) in group B were higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total good rate of quality of life score in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grade of oral mucositis in group B was better than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral enteral nutrients in patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy can improve nutrition-related indicators and quality of life,and reduce radiation-induced acute oral mucositis,which is worthy of clinical application.
