摘　　要：《伤寒论》理法方药兼具,针灸取穴精妙非凡。在其针刺治疗中期门穴的使用频次最高,期门作为肝经募穴及三经交会穴,可调节一身之气血,功用卓著。为加深医者对其穴位机理与应用的理解,探明仲景临证思辨特点,文章摘选针刺期门穴的条文,参考诸家注解,深入剖析期门穴的应用规律与仲景临证思辨特点,系统整合出其对太少并病、纵横证、热入血室、尸厥的有效治疗,阐明其中辨证论治、异病同治、治病求本、治未病的临证思维,以期为临床治疗提供参考和启迪,使针刺效果得以有效发挥,进一步拓宽期门穴的临床使用范围。Treatise on Febrile Disease not only contains the principle-method-recipe-medicines,but also extraordinary in the aspect of selectes points for acupuncture and moxibustion.QiMen in Treatise on Febrile Disease's acupuncture treatment has the highest frequency of usage,it is the front-mu point of the liver meridian and a crossing point of three meridians,it can be adjusted by one of the qi and blood, and it's curative effect is obviously.In order to deepen the doctor's understanding of the mechanism and application of this point,clearly realized in the characteristic of zhongjing's dialectical thinking,this article abstracts clauses which are about acupuncturing in QiMen,referring to the notes by scholars,analyzing the application laws of QiMen and the clinical characteristics of zhongjing's dialectical thinking,and sorts out the effective treatment in the disease of Taiyang and Shaoyang Channels,Zongheng Syndrome,Heat invading the blood chamber and Shijue Syndrome,to clarify the clinical thinking of syndrome differentiation,different diseases in same treatment,treatment from basic and preventive treatment.so as to offer the references and enlightenment for clinical treatment,to effectively play the acupuncture effects,to further broaden the clinical use of QiMen.
