跨界战略导向对商业模式创新的影响——一项模糊集定性比较分析

摘　　要：互联网持续发展的时代,跨界逐渐成为社会热点和企业发展方向,而跨入新领域匹配和建立新模式是企业在发展中面临的问题。基于组态视角探究跨界战略导向、多维知识搜寻和吸收能力的条件组态对商业模式创新的影响,利用fsQCA对问卷调查数据进行分析。结果表明:多维知识搜寻与吸收能力的组态路径中各前因条件均存在,效率型商业模式创新和新颖型商业模式创新两个维度分别包含两条组态路径,条件组合各有特点,将组态不同内在条件的组合进行分析,为企业如何有效实施跨界,促进商业模式创新提供有价值的启发和思路。In the era of the sustainable Internet development,the cross-boundary has gradually become a so‐cial hotspot and the development direction of enterprises.Meantime,entering the new fields,along with match‐ing and establishing new models,is the problems faced by enterprises in their development.This paper explores the impact of the conditional configuration of cross-boundary strategic orientation,multi-dimensional knowl‐edge search and absorptive capacity on the business model innovation from the perspective of configuration.FsQCA is used to analyze the data collected from the questionnaires.The results show that there are antecedents in the configuration path of multi-dimensional knowledge search and absorption capacity.The two dimensions of efficient business model innovation and novel business model innovation contain two configuration paths respec‐tively.The combination of conditions has their own characteristics.The combination of distinct internal condi‐tions of configuration can be analyzed to provide valuable inspiration and ideas for enterprises to effectively implement the cross-boundary,and promote the business model innovation.
