摘　　要：目的探讨运动疗法对功能性消化不良伴焦虑、抑郁患者的临床效果。方法选取80例功能性消化不良伴焦虑、抑郁患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者行药物治疗,观察组患者行药物治疗联合运动疗法治疗。观察两组患者治疗12周后临床疗效,并比较两组患者治疗前、治疗12周后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)和血清胃泌素-17水平。结果治疗12周后,观察组HAMD评分、HAMA评分和血清胃泌素-17水平均低于对照组,GIQLI和治疗总有效率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论运动疗法联合药物治疗可改善功能性消化不良伴焦虑、抑郁患者的临床症状,缓解焦虑、抑郁状态,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of exercise therapy in functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and depression.Methods Eighty functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and depression were selected and randomly divided into an observation group or a control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with drug therapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with drug therapy combined with exercise therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment was observed,and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GIQLI)and serum gastrin-17 level were compared between the two groups before and after 12 weeks of treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the HAMD score,HAMA score,and serum gastrin-17 level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the GIQLI and the total effective rate of treatment were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with drug therapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and depression can improve clinical symptoms,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve quality of life.
