摘　　要：目的分析温阳健脾汤辅助奥沙利铂联合替吉奥对胃癌患者血清肿瘤标志物及预后的影响。方法根据治疗方案的不同将90例胃癌患者分为对照组(n=45,奥沙利铂联合替吉奥)和观察组(n=45,温阳健脾汤辅助奥沙利铂联合替吉奥)。比较两组的干预效果。结果随访后,观察组的癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原242(CA242)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访后,观察组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)及欧洲癌症研究及治疗组织生活质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳健脾汤辅助奥沙利铂联合替吉奥能有效降低胃癌患者的血清肿瘤标志物水平,提高免疫功能、功能状态和生存质量,减少化疗期间的不良反应。Objective To analyze the effects of Wenyang Jianpi decoction assisted with oxaliplatin and tegafur on serum tumor markers and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer.Methods According to the different treatment regimens,90 patients with gastric cancer were divided into control group(n=45,oxaliplatin and tegafur)and observation group(n=45,Wenyang Jianpi decoction assisted with oxaliplatin and tegafur).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After follow-up,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up,the cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+)),cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+)),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),Karnofsky Performanoe Status(KPS)and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer-Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Jianpi decoction assisted with oxaliplatin and tegafur can effectively reduce the levels of serum tumor markers in patients with gastric cancer,improve immune function,functional status and quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions during chemotherapy.
