摘  要:目的分析多元文化健康教育结合多组分网络干预对青少年1型糖尿病患者血糖监测依从性及疾病认知的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年3月收治的80例青少年1型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用多元文化健康教育结合多组分网络干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的血糖监测依从性量表各项得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的疾病认知程度量表各项得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元文化健康教育联合多组分网络干预不仅能够加强青少年1型糖尿病患者的自护能力与血糖监测依从性,还能提高其疾病认知程度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effects of multicultural health education combined with multi-component network intervention on blood glucose monitoring compliance and disease cognition in adolescent patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty adolescent patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus admitted from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given multicultural health education combined with multi-component network intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of blood glucose monitoring compliance scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease cognition scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multicultural health education combined with multi-component network intervention can not only strengthen the self-care ability and blood glucose monitoring compliance of adolescent patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus,but also improve their disease awareness,which is worthy of promotion.
