摘 要:本研究尝试将第二语言习得前沿理论应用于大学英语词汇教学,建构了以“语境—频率—理据”为核心构件的基于使用的英语词汇教学模式,并报告了该模式对于大学英语学习者词汇学习有效性的实验。实验结果表明:与传统英语词汇教学模式相比,基于使用的词汇教学模式对于学习者英语词汇学习具有明显的促进作用,无论是学习者的英语接受性技能还是产出性技能都得到了更显著的提升。本研究结论有助于推动我国英语词汇教学的理论建设和发展,帮助广大教师提高英语词汇教学的质量和效率,提升学生的英语综合应用能力。This study attempted to incorporate the latest theories in second language acquisition research into college English vocabulary teaching in China, constructed a usage-based teaching mode of college English vocabulary by centering on "context-frequency-motivation", and reported an experiment concerning the influences of this usage-based teaching mode on the vocabulary learning by Chinese college students. It was found that,compared with the traditional teaching mode of the college English vocabulary, the usage-based teaching mode of English vocabulary has a more considerably positive effect on the English vocabulary leaning by Chinese college students. Both receptive skills and productive skills of Chinese EFL learners have been enhanced more significantly. The findings of this study can promote the theoretical construction and development of English vocabulary teaching in China on the one hand, and can help teachers improve the quality and efficiency of English vocabulary teaching on the other. Consequently, the comprehensive English skills of college students will be boosted.
