对比传统窝洞充填术与改良Hall技术治疗儿童乳磨牙龋病疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析对比传统窝洞充填术与改良Hall技术在儿童乳磨牙龋病中的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月本院收治的150例患儿(150颗牙),按随机数字表法划分成两组,均75例。对照组给予传统窝洞充填术治疗,观察组予以改良Hall技术治疗,观察到术后12个月。对比两组修复效果、并发症、满意度。结果:观察组修复总有效率为97.33%(73/75)、满意度为94.67%(71/75),高于对照组的88.00%(66/75)、84.00%(63/75),并发症发生率为4.00%(3/75),低于对照组的13.33%(10/75),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:与传统窝洞充填术相比,改良Hall技术治疗乳磨牙龋病患儿效果更为显著,能够改善修复效果,减少并发症的发生,继而提升患儿与其家属的满意度,具有较高的临床运用价值。Objective:To analyze and compare the effect of traditional cavity filling and modified Hall technique in the treatment of primary molar caries in children.Methods:150 children(150 teeth)admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional cavity filling,and the observation group was treated with modified Hall technique.The observation group was observed 12 months after operation.The repair effect,complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of repair in the observation group was 97.33%(73/75),the satisfaction rate was 94.67%(71/75),which was higher than 88.00%(66/75),84.00%(63/75)in the control group,and the complication rate was 4.00%(3/75),which was lower than 13.33%(10/75)in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional cavity filling technique,the modified Hall technique is more effective in the treatment of primary molar caries in children.It can improve the repair effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,and then improve the satisfaction of children and their families,has high clinical application value.
