戴原礼编辑《金匮钩玄》新证及其影响探讨

摘　　要：[目的]考证《金匮钩玄》的资料来源及成书方式,为戴原礼编辑《金匮钩玄》提供新证,进而探讨明代丹溪学派文本体系的形成路径。[方法]运用文献学的研究方法,将《金匮钩玄》中的相关内容,与楼英《医学纲目》所收录的丹溪医论进行对比研究,辨明《金匮钩玄》与《丹溪药要》《医学纲目》的关系,梳理《金匮钩玄》的文本编辑理路。[结果]《金匮钩玄》与《丹溪药要》是两个不同的文本。通过对现有文本的比对,认为《金匮钩玄》的内容来源于《医学纲目》,其成书时间晚于后者。其后,戴氏又将《医学纲目》部分内容重新辑出,名为《金匮钩玄》。戴氏在处理这些材料时,采用了内容照录、内容节略、顺序移位等多种策略。[结论]《金匮钩玄》是一部戴氏选编的朱丹溪医论集,此书在明代丹溪学派的学术传承中,起到了承上启下的作用。“心法”类的著作,在《金匮钩玄》的基础上,又增补了大量丹溪的医论与医案,整体上构成了明代丹溪学派的文本体系。[Objective]To textually research the material source of Jingui Gouxuan,provide new evidence for DAI Yuanli to edit Jingui Gouxuan,and discuss the formation path of the text system of Danxi school in Ming Dynasty.[Methods]Using the research method of philology,this paper makes a comparative study of the relevant contents in Jingui Gouxuan and the Danxi medical theory collected in Yixue Gangmu by LOU Ying.The relationship between Jingui Gouxuan and Danxi Yaoyao and Yixue Gangmu is differentiated,and the text editing of Jingui Gouxuan is sorted out.[Results]Jingui Gouxuan and Danxi Yaoyao are two different texts.Through the comparison of the existing texts,it is considered that the content source of Jingui Gouxuan is Yixue Gangmu,which was written later than the latter.Later,DAI re-edited the part of Yixue Gangmu,called Jingui Gouxuan.When dealing with these materials,DAI adopted various strategies such as content recording,content omission and sequential shift.[Conclusion]Jingui Gouxuan is an anthology of ZHU Danxi medical treatment selected by DAI Yuanli.This book plays a connecting role in the academic inheritance of Danxi school in Ming Dynasty.On the basis of Jingui Gouxuan,a large number of medical theories and medical cases of Danxi were added to the works of Xinfa,which constitute the text system of Danxi school in Ming Dynasty.
