摘　　要：目的探讨成髓细胞瘤转录因子第2亚型(MYBL2)和中心体相关蛋白激酶2(NEK2)表达与结直肠癌临床特征和预后的关系。方法收集大庆龙南医院(齐齐哈尔医学院第五附属医院)和广东医科大学附属医院2019年1月至2022年12月经病理学检查确诊的108例结直肠癌组织标本和对应癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测组织中MYBL2和NEK2表达,采用χ^(2)检验分析MYBL2和NEK2的表达与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果结直肠癌组织和对应癌旁组织中MYBL2表达率分别为74.07%(80/108)、12.96%(14/108),两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=82.045,P<0.01)。MYBL2表达水平与结直肠癌患者淋巴结转移、浸润深度、组织学分化程度、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=5.839、7.036、4.304、6.895,P<0.05),MYBL2表达水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无相关(χ^(2)=0.039、0.045、0.005,P>0.05)。结直肠癌组织和对应癌旁组织中NEK2表达率分别为65.74%(71/108)、32.41%(35/108),两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.008,P<0.01)。NEK2表达水平与结直肠癌患者淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=4.384、5.555、6.213,P<0.05),NEK2表达水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、浸润深度无相关(χ^(2)=0.033、0.006、0.000、0.334,P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中MYBL2和NEK2表达水平升高,两者均为结直肠癌预后不良的影响因素。Objective To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of MYB proto-oncogene like 2(MYBL2)and NMA-related protein kinase 2(NEK2)in colorectal cancer tissue.Methods A total of 108 cases of colorectal cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue specimens at Longnan Hospital of Daqing(Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College)and Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022 were collected.The expression of MYBL2 and NEK2 in these tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of MYBL2 and NEK2 and the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer.Results The expression rate of MYBL2 in colorectal cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues was 74.07%(80/108)and 12.96%(14/108)respectively with the difference being statistically significant(χ^(2)=82.045,P<0.01).The expression level of MYBL2 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion,histological differentiation and TNM stage in patients with colorectal cancer(respectively,χ^(2)=5.839,7.036,4.304,6.895,P<0.05).The expression level of MYBL2 was not significantly correlated with gender,age and tumor location of colorectal cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=0.039,0.045,0.005,P>0.05).The expression rate of NEK2 in colorectal cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues was 65.74%(71/108)and 32.41%(35/108)respectively,with the difference being statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.008,P<0.01).The expression level of NEK2 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,histological differentiation and TNM stage in patients with colorectal cancer(respectively,χ^(2)=4.384,5.555,6.213,P<0.05),but not significantly with gender,age,tumor location and depth of invasion of colorectal cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=0.033,0.006,0.000,0.334,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of MYBL2 and NEK2 are increased in colorectal cancer tissues.Both of them are factors affecting the poor progno
