摘　　要：目的探讨趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、黏着斑激酶(FAK)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达水平与非小细胞肺癌临床病理学特征的关系。方法选取2019年6月至2022年1月新乡医学院第三附属医院收集的79例非小细胞肺癌肺癌和癌旁组织作为研究对象,采用蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)检测肺癌组织和癌旁组织中CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9表达水平,并分析不同年龄段、性别、分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移等病理特征患者癌组织中CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9表达水平,分析CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9表达水平与非小细胞肺癌临床病理学特征的相关性。结果非小细胞肺癌组织CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9蛋白表达水平(1.94±0.41、2.23±0.42、2.06±0.44)明显高于癌旁组织表达水平(0.92±0.17、0.80±0.21、0.93±0.21),差异有统计学意义(t=20.590,26.750,20.450,P均<0.05)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者非小细胞肺癌组织CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9蛋白表达水平(2.09±0.20、2.39±0.22、2.23±0.25)明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者表达水平(1.82±0.50、2.10±0.51、1.92±0.53),差异有统计学意义(t=3.066,3.280,3.292,P均<0.05)。低分化患者非小细胞肺癌组织CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9蛋白表达水平(2.05±0.22、2.35±0.23、2.18±0.27)明显高于中高分化患者表达水平(1.75±0.25、2.09±0.27、1.86±0.30),差异有统计学意义(t=2.693,2.979,2.903,P均<0.05)。淋巴结转移患者非小细胞肺癌组织CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9蛋白表达水平(2.04±0.24、2.34±0.26、2.14±0.26)明显高于无淋巴结转移患者表达水平(1.82±0.27、2.10±0.29、1.97±0.36),差异有统计学意义(t=3.360,3.704,2.183,P均<0.05)。CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9表达水平与非小细胞肺癌患者淋巴结转移、分化程度和临床分期均呈明显正相关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄无相关(P>0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中CXCR4、FAK和MMP-9表达水平明显高于癌旁组织,且表达水平与分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移呈正相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4),focal adhesion kinase(FAK)and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9)in non small cell lung cancer.Methods Totally,79 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent tissues collected by our hospital from June 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The expression levels of CXCR4,FAK and MMP-9 in lung cancer and adjacent tissues were detected by Western blotting,and the expression levels of CXCR4,FAK and MMP-9 in patients with different age,sex,differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis were analyzed.The relationship between the expression level of CXCR4,FAK and MMP-9 and the clinicopathological characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed.Results The expression levels of CXCR4,FAK and MMP-9 protein in non-small cell lung cancer tissue(1.94±0.41,2.23±0.42,2.06±0.44)were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissue(0.92±0.17,0.80±0.21,0.93±0.21,t=20.590,26.750,20.450,P<0.05).The expression levels of CXCR4,FAK and MMP-9 proteins in non-small cell lung cancer tissues of patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳ(2.09±0.20,2.39±0.22,2.23±0.25)were significantly higher than those of patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱ(1.82±0.50,2.10±0.51,1.92±0.53,t=3.066,3.280,3.292,P<0.05).The expression levels of CXCR4,FAK and MMP-9 protein in non-small-cell lung cancer tissue of patients with low differentiation(2.05±0.22,2.35±0.23,2.18±0.27)were significantly higher than those of patients with medium and high differentiation(1.75±0.25,2.09±0.27,1.86±0.30,t=2.693,2.979,2.903,P<0.05).The expression level of CXCR4,FAK and MMP-9 protein in non-small cell lung cancer tissue of patients with lymph node metastasis(2.04±0.24,2.34±0.26,2.14±0.26)was significantly higher than that of patients without lymph node metastasis(1.82±0.27,2.10±0.29,1.97±0.36,t=3.360,3.704,2.183,P<0.05).The expression levels of CXCR4,FAK and MMP-9 were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,differentiation and
