摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌病理特征与多肿瘤标志物的关系及氩氦刀靶向冷冻技术干预效果。方法选取2019年6月至2022年6月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第一医院收治的58例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用蛋白质芯片分析血清中糖原242(CA242)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖原199(CA199)、糖原125(CA125)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、糖原153(CA153)、神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、铁蛋白(Ferritin)、游离前列腺特异抗原(f-PSA)、人生长激素(HGH)水平,并分析不同临床病理特征患者上述指标的表达差异。分析采用氩氦刀靶向冷冻技术对非小细胞肺癌患者上述指标的影响。组间比较采用t检验。结果低分化患者血清肿瘤标志物CA242、CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、PSA、CA153、NSE、Ferritin、f-PSA、HGH和HCG明显高于中高分化组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=7.681,5.689,9.486,6.558,19.102,19.226,9.375,10.341,20.207,3.822,7.100,7.374,P均<0.05)。ⅢB+Ⅳ期患者血清肿瘤标志物CA242、CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、PSA、CA153、NSE、Ferritin、f-PSA、HGH和HCG明显高于ⅠA~ⅢA期患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.805、2.957、3.992、3.186、4.947、5.490、、5.089、4.514、5.559、2.684、3.687、5.935,P均<0.05)。淋巴结转移患者血清肿瘤标志物CA242、CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、PSA、CA153、NSE、Ferritin、f-PSA、HGH和HCG明显高于未淋巴结转移患者,差异有统计学意义(t=6.522、4.620、6.338、5.307、9.727、9.448、6.903、7.303、8.229、2.625、5.150、4.698,P均<0.05)。经氩氦刀靶向冷冻术治疗后患者血清肿瘤标志物CA242、CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、PSA、CA153、NSE、Ferritin、f-PSA、HGH和HCG明显低于患者治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=18.796、31.664、9.290、7.635、8.066、10.219、14.196、9.876、5.547、9.180、11.474、12.310,P均<0.05)。结论肿瘤标志物CA242、CEA、AFP、CA199、CA125、PSA、CA153、NSE、Ferritin、f-PSA和HGH与非小细胞肺癌患者�Objective To investigate the relationship between the pathological characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer and multiple tumor markers and the effect of argon-helium knife targeted cryotherapy.Methods A total of 58 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The serum glycogen 242(CA242),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),glycogen 199(CA199),glycogen 125(CA125),prostate specific antigen(PSA),glycogen 153(CA153),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),Ferritin,free prostate specific antigen(f-PSA)and human growth hormone(HGH)were determined.The expression differences of the above indicators in patients with different clinical and pathological characteristics were analyzed.The effect of argon-helium cryoablation on the above indexes in patients with non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed.T-test was used for comparison between groups.Results The serum tumor markers CA242,CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125,PSA,CA153,NSE,Ferritin,f-PSA,HGH and HCG in patients with low differentiation were significantly higher than those in patients with medium and high differentiation(t=7.681,5.689,9.486,6.558,19.102,19.226,9.375,10.341,20.207,3.822,7.100,7.374,P<0.05).Serum tumor markers CA242,CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125,PSA,CA153,NSE,Ferritin,f-PSA,HGH and HCG in patients with stageⅢB+Ⅳwere significantly higher than those in patients with stageⅠA-ⅢA(t=2.805,2.957,3.992,3.186,4.947,5.490,5.089,4.514,5.559,2.684,3.687,5.935,P<0.05).The serum tumor markers CA242,CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125,PSA,CA153,NSE,Ferritin,f-PSA,HGH and HCG in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis(t=6.522,4.620,6.338,5.307,9.727,9.448,6.903,7.303,8.229,2.625,5.150,4.698,P<0.05).The serum tumor markers CA242,CEA,AFP,CA199,CA125,PSA,CA153,NSE,Ferritin,f-PSA,HGH and HCG were significantly lower after argon-helium knife targeted cryosurgery than before treatment(t=18.796,31.664,9.290,7.635,8.066,10.219,14.196,9.876,5
