摘 要:目的比较空间频率视觉诱发电位(SF-VEP)及图形翻转视觉诱发电位(PR-VEP)在弱视诊断中的检出率。方法选取2018年1月至2020年11就诊的弱视患儿155例213眼(单眼弱视97例,双眼弱视58例),所有患者应用柯谛亚新型视觉电生理检测仪进行SF-VEP检查及PR-VEP检查,观察SF-VEP检查中3.2或6.4cpd时的信号值,PR-VEP检查中P100波的峰时和幅值,统计分析检查结果。结果SF-VEP的弱视检出率为89.20%,平均检查时间为(7.45±1.87)min,PR-VEP的弱视检出率为75.59%,平均检查时间为(8.81±3.11)min,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中3~6岁及7~9岁儿童,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SF-VEP在不同视力分组中的检出率均高于PR-VEP,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SF-VEP较PR-VEP对弱视具有较高的检出率及较短的检查时间,与视力存在负性相关关系,尤其是3~6岁及7~9岁的儿童,可辅助弱视儿童的早期诊断。Objective To compare the detection rate of spatial frequency visual evoked potential(SF-VEP)and pattern reversal visual evoked potential(PR-VEP)in the diagnosis of amblyopia.Methods A total of 155 amblyopia children with 213 eyes treated in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were enrolled in the present study,including 97 children with monocular amblyopia and 58 with binocular amblyopia.All subjects received SF-VEP and PR-VEP test using a Codia visual electrophysiological instrument.The signal value of 3.2 or 6.4cpd in SF-VEP examination and the latency of signal and amplitude of P100 wave in PR-VEP examination were analyzed.Results The detection rate of SF-VEP and PR-VEP in the diagnosis of amblyopia was 89.20%and 75.59%,respectively.The mean examination time of SF-VEP and PR-VEP testing was(7.45±1.87)min and(8.81±3.11)min,respectively.There were significant differences in the detection rate of amblyopia and examination time of SF-VEP and PR-VEP between the two groups,especially in children aged 3-6 years and 7-9 years(all P<0.05).The detection rate of SF-VEP in different vision groups was significantly higher than that of PR-VEP(P<0.05).Conclusion The SF-VEP testing has a higher detection rate and shorter examination time than those of PR-VEP testing in the diagnosis of amblyopia,and negatively correlated with visual acuity,especially in children aged 3-6 years and 7-9 years,which can assist the early diagnosis of amblyopia in children.
