摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是临床上常见的消化系统疾病,总体发病率呈逐年升高趋势。合并幽门螺杆菌感染者予以根除治疗是重要治疗方法,但仍有部分患者病变呈进行性发展,且目前现代医学缺乏有效直接治疗手段。针刺等中医特色治疗在改善CAG症状、逆转萎缩胃黏膜组织上具有一定作用,其安全、便捷、有效属性使得患者更易接受,对于本病治疗有着独特优势。文章总结归纳近年来针刺治疗CAG相关机制的基础研究,以及针刺刺法、针药联合、针灸联合的临床疗效观察,以期对针刺治疗CAG后续研究提供参考和方法。Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a digestive system diseases commonly occurred in gastroenterology,which morbidity increases with each passing year.Eradication therapy of helicobacter pylori is an important treatments for concurrent infection with helicobacter pylori,but there are still some patients with progressive disease development.There is lack of effective medical therapeutic measures.TCM therapy such as acupuncture has a certain role in improving symptoms and reversing pathological changes and its safety,convenience and effectiveness make it more acceptable to patients,so acupuncture has a unique therapeutic advantage.This article summarizes the relevant experimental mechanism research in recent years,and clinical curative effect study of acupuncture,acupuncture combined with medicine therapy and acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy,in order to provide reference and methods for the subsequent research of CAG.
