成绩趋近目标预测工具性求助(老师):自我效能感的中介作用

摘　　要：为探讨大学生自我效能感、成绩趋近目标与工具性求助(老师)之间的关系,采用自我效能感量表、成就目标定向量表以及学业求助行为量表对福建省某师范大学的384名大学生施测。结果发现:大学生的自我效能感与工具性求助(老师)以及成绩趋近目标均存在显著的正相关关系;自我效能感在成绩趋近目标与工具性求助(老师)关系间起到中介作用。这表明成绩趋近目标可以通过自我效能感作用于工具性求助(老师)。To explore the relationship among self-efficacy,achievement-approaching target and instrumental help(teacher)of college students,384 undergraduates in a normal university in Fujian Province were tested by self-efficacy scale,achievement goal orientation scale and academic help-seeking behavior scale.The results showed that there were significant positive correlations among self-efficacy,instrumental help(teacher)and achievement-approaching target;Self-efficacy plays a mediating role between achievement-approaching target and instrumental help(teacher).This suggests that achievement-approaching target can mediate instrumental help(teacher)through self-efficacy.
