漳州市食用菌产业现状与发展策略

摘　　要：漳州是福建省食用菌产业集聚发展较好的地区,上下游关系企业齐全,与海峡两岸乃至全国和国际合作势头良好,素有“世界食用菌罐头之都”之美称。按照“加快发展、转型升级”的发展理念,继续做好食用菌产业,以特色农业助推乡村振兴发展。本文针对漳州食用菌产业现状,提出发展策略。Zhangzhou City is a region where there were a well-developed edible fungi industrial agglomeration in Fujian Province,with a full range of upstream and downstream firms and good potential with cross-strait and even national and international cooperation,and is known as the“Canned Mushroom Capital of the world”.In accordance with the development concept of‘Accelerating development,transformation and upgrading’,we should continue to develop the edible fungi industry and promote the development of rural vitalization with characteristic agriculture.In this paper,aiming at the status of edible fungi industry in Zhangzhou City,the development strategies were put forward.
