引领、融合与链接:高校“党建+课程思政”建设路径探索——以H高校为例

摘　　要：新时代高校党建工作要求坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人。推进课程思政建设,要求把党的创新理论融入教育的全过程,充分发挥党的政治核心作用和高等教育体系的思想价值引领功能。本研究以H高校为例,通过对党务工作者、教师、学生的线上线下调查,总结“党建+课程思政”在推行中存在的现实问题,提出高校“党建+课程思政”的构建路径,为推进高校课程思政工作治理体系和治理能力的现代化,实现党建和课程思政的深度融合,形成“党建+课程思政”育人模式提供实践蓝本。In the new era,the Party construction in colleges should be centered on moral education,carry out ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching,and realize the whole process and all-round education in promoting the ideological and political construction of courses.We should integrate the Party s innovative theory into the education,make the most of the central role of the Party,and give full play to the ideological value function of the higher education system.This research summarizes the practical problems in the implementation of“the Party construction+curriculum ideological and political education”by on-line and off-line investigating on the Party construction workers,teachers and students,in order to promote the modernization of the governing system and governing ability of the ideological and political education in colleges,and to realize the deep integration of the Party building and the ideological and political education of the courses.The paper puts forward the construction path and provides a blueprint for practice of the Party building+the ideological and political education of the courses in colleges.
