摘　　要：利用智能化技术手段在建设及完善智慧社区上具有积极意义,可将传统社区服务转变为智慧服务,通过采用人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网等新一代智能化技术手段为社区居民提供便利且安全的社区服务,在一定程度上提高了社区治理的能力,并提升了物业管理服务的水平且增加社区居民教育的联动性,增强社区居民的安全感、获得感及幸福感。The use of intelligent technology has positive significance in building,which improving intelligent communities,transforming traditional community services into intelligent services,providing convenient and safe community services for community residents through the use of artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,the internet of things and other new generation intelligent technology,improving to a certain extent the ability of community governance,enhancing the level of property management services and increasing community residents.It also improves the level of property management services and stimulate the enthusiasm of community residents to receive education,and enhances the sense of security,access and happiness of community residents.
