中药复方对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究不同剂量的中药复方对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响。方法:选用250只1日龄白羽肉鸡,随机分为空白对照组、常规饲养组、中药复方Ⅰ~Ⅲ组。每组5个重复,每个重复10只。空白对照组正常饮水,常规饲养组饮水中添加商品化药物,中药复方Ⅰ~Ⅲ组饮水中分别添加不同的中药复方水煎液。连续用药5周,每周用药5 d。分别测定各试验组肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数、血清新城疫抗体效价、血清细胞因子含量及抗氧化相关指标。结果:中药复方组肉鸡体质量较空白对照组显著增加,各试验组料重比无显著差异(P>0.05)。与空白对照组比较,中药复方组肉鸡脾脏指数、胸腺指数显著提高;与空白对照组比较,中药复方组肉鸡血清新城疫抗体效价显著升高,其中中药复方Ⅲ组作用明显强于中药复方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组。与空白对照组比较,中药复方组白羽肉鸡血清IL-1、IL-2、IL-6含量显著降低,IL-10含量显著升高。与空白对照组比较,中药复方组白羽肉鸡血清SOD、GSH-Px活性显著增强,血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:试验中药复方能显著提高白羽肉鸡生长性能,增强免疫功能和抗氧化功能。Objective:To study the effects of different doses of Chinese medicine compound(CMC)on growth performance,immune function and antioxidant function in broilers.Methods:250 one day old broilers were selected and randomly divided into blank control group,conventional feeding group,CMCⅠ—Ⅲgroups.Each group has 5 replicates,10 broilers for each replicates.The blank control group drank normal water,the conventional feeding group added commercialized drugs,and the CMCⅠ—Ⅲgroup drank water added different decoction of CMC respectively.The drugs were administered continuously for 5 weeks,5 days a week.The growth performance,immune organ index,serum newcastle disease antibody titer,serum cytokine content and antioxidant function of broilers in each test group were measured.Results:The weight of CMC groups were significantly higher than that of blank control group.There was no significant difference in the feed weight ratio among the test groups(P>0.05).Compared with the blank control group,the spleen index and thymus index of CMC groups were significantly increased.Compared with the blank control group,the newcastle disease antibody titer of CMC groups were significantly increased,and the effect of the CMC III group was significantly stronger than that of the CMC I and CMC II.Compared with the blank control group,the IL-1,IL-2,IL-6 content of CMC groups in serum were significantly decreased,and the IL-10 content in serum was significantly increased.Compared with the blank control group,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum in CMC group were significantly increased,and the MDA content in serum was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The experimental CMC can significantly improve the growth performance,immune function and antioxidant function of broilers.
