加味八珍汤联合化学治疗对结肠癌术后患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察加味八珍汤对结肠癌术后化学治疗患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响。方法 选取60例结肠癌术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予以FOLFOX6方案化学治疗,观察组在此基础上服用加味八珍汤。比较治疗前后两组患者营养状况合格率、总蛋白(total protein,TP)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、前白蛋白(prealbumin,PA)、免疫球蛋白G (immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平。结果 治疗后观察组营养状况合格率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TP、ALB水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IgG、IgA、IgM、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 加味八珍汤联合化学治疗能够降低结肠癌术后患者营养不良风险,改善营养状况,增强免疫功能,降低化学治疗药物的不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Bazhen Decoction combined with chemotherapy on the nutritional status and immune function of patients after colon cancer surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients after colon cancer surgery were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received chemotherapy with the FOLFOX6 regimen,and those in the observation group received oral administration of Jiawei Bazhen Decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of pass rate of nutritional status,total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),prealbumin,immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),CD4~+,CD8~+,and CD4~+/CD8~+ before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group had a significant increase in the pass rate of nutritional status compared with the control group(P0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had significantly higher levels of TP,ALB,IgG,IgA,IgM,CD4~+,and CD4~+/CD8~+(P0.05) and a significantly lower level of CD8~+(P0.05).Conclusion For patients after colon cancer surgery,Jiawei Bazhen Decoction combined with chemotherapy can reduce the risk of malnutrition,improve nutritional status,enhance immune function,and alleviate the adverse reactions of chemotherapy drugs.
