论毛泽东“西医学中医”批示的认识论基础及其当代启示

摘　　要：“西医学中医”是毛泽东提出的有中国特色的医学学科改革方式,是毛泽东哲学思想在医学领域的运用和实践。“西医学中医”的认识基础首先是毛泽东个人对中华传统文化的肯定,并将之推广到中国传统医学的中医领域。同时,新中国成立后马列主义毛泽东思想的普及,使医学工作者能够在辩证唯物主义的统一哲学基础之上改造中、西医学各自的基础理论,并走向融合统一。唯物主义一元论和唯物辩证法是毛泽东关于西医学中医思想的认识基点和认识方法,是“新医学”的理论基础。毛泽东西医学中医的思想开启了中国共产党人坚持和发展中医以维护人民健康的先河,为新时代中国特色哲学社会科学的应用探索了先路。"Learning Traditional Chinese Medicine in Western Medicine Circles" is a reform method of medical discipline with Chinese characteristics proposed by late Chairman Mao Zedong,and it is the application and practice of Mao Zedong's philosophical thought in the field of medicine.The epistemological basis of "Learning Traditional Chinese Medicine in Western Medicine Circles" is Mao Zedong's personal affirmation of traditional Chinese culture,and this affirmation has been extended to the field of TCM as Chinese traditional medicine.At the same time,the popularization of Marxism-Leninism-Mao Zedong Thought after the founding of the People's Republic of China also enabled medical workers to transform the respective basic theories of Chinese and Western medicine on the basis of the unified philosophy of dialectical materialism,and eventually became a unity.Materialist monism and materialist dialectics are the basis and methods of Mao Zedong's understanding of "Learning Traditional Chinese Medicine in Western Medicine Circles",and are the theoretical basis for creating a unified materialist dialectical "new medicine".Mao Zedong's thoughts on "Learning Traditional Chinese Medicine in Western Medicine Circles" set a precedent for the Chinese Communists to uphold and develop traditional Chinese medicine to maintain people's health,and set an example for the exploration of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
