缩短达芬奇机器人接台手术术前准备时间的PDCA实践

摘　　要：目的运用PDCA循环管理方法缩短达芬奇机器人接台手术术前准备时间,检验其应用效果。方法通过对2022年3-5月达芬奇机器人接台手术术前准备时间进行现状调查,6-8月应用PDCA循环质量管理方法,比较PDCA干预前后术前准备时间。结果应用PDCA循环管理后达芬奇机器人接台手术术前准备时间由(76.32±7.15)min缩短至(60.31±5.97)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环管理方法提高了手术室医护人员对达芬奇机器人的认识,加强了对达芬奇机器人手术配合的培训,改善了术前用物准备不全、操作不熟练等问题,有效缩短了达芬奇机器人接台手术术前准备时间。Objective To shorten the preoperative preparation time of Da Vinci robot surgery with Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)circulation method,and to test its application effect.Methods By investigating the current situation of preoperative preparation time of Da Vinci’s robotic surgery from March to May 2022,the PDCA circulation method was used from June to August to compare the preoperative preparation time before and after PDCA intervention.Results After PDCA circulation management,preoperative preparation time of Da Vinci robot surgery was shortened from(76.32±7.15)minutes to(60.31±5.97)minutes,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation method helps medical staff in operating room to understand Da Vinci robot,strengthens the training of Da Vinci robot’s surgical cooperation,improves the problems such as incomplete preparation of preoperative supplies and unskilled operation before the operation,and effectively shortens the preparation time of the Da Vinci robot’s operation.
