摘 要:本文通过模拟废阻燃HIPS的3次回收加工试验,探究其回用过程中重金属浸出毒性的变化规律。结果表明,随着加工次数的增加,HIPS中的Cr、Pb、Sb、As、Cd含量呈下降趋势;浸出液中Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb、Sb含量与浸出时间成正比,随着加工次数增加,塑料老化程度加深,重金属的浸出浓度呈变大趋势。随着HIPS加工次数的增加,其力学性能下降,表层孔隙尺寸变大,出现分层现象,HIPS表层对添加剂颗粒的黏附性降低,重金属更容易向浸出液中迁移。因此,废阻燃HIPS的老化程度与其重金属的迁移密切相关。Through three recycling and processing experiments simulating waste flame retardant HIPS,this paper explores the changes in the toxicity of heavy metal leaching during its recycling process.The results show that with the increase of processing times,the content of Cr,Pb,Sb,As,and Cd in HIPS shows a decreasing trend;the content of Ni,Cu,Zn,Pb,Sb in the leaching solution is directly proportional to the leaching time,as the processing frequency increases,the degree of plastic aging deepens,and the leaching concentration of heavy metals tends to increase.As the processing frequency of HIPS increases,its mechanical properties decrease,the surface pore size increases,and delamination occurs,the adhesion of HIPS surface to additive particles decreases,and heavy metals are more likely to migrate into the leaching solution.Therefore,the aging degree of waste flame retardant HIPS is closely related to the migration of heavy metals.
