有轨交通院校特色校园文化打造的若干问题思考--以西安交通工程学院为例

摘　　要：本文从以下四个方面进行论述:学校的发展理念:加强理想信念教育,秉持理实相融的育人理念,构建校企合作育人模式;铁路行业文化与高校教学的融入;用铁路文化打造特色的校园文化。简而言之,本文论述了打造有轨交通院校特色校园文化的途径以及铁路文化在有轨交通院校校园文化建设中具有重要的意义。This article discusses from the following four aspects:the development concept of schools;Strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs,adhere to the educational philosophy of integrating theory and reality,and construct a school enterprise cooperation education model;The integration of railway industry culture and university teaching;Create a distinctive campus culture with railway culture.In short,this article discusses the ways to create distinctive campus culture in rail transit universities and the significant role of railway culture in the construction of campus culture in rail transit universities.
