摘　　要：当前中国大部分女性仍然需要扮演“贤妻良母”的角色,承担“相夫教子”的任务,她们要花费大量的时间和精力用于家庭建设和各种家庭关系维护,她们不仅是生育者和照料者,还要承担教育者、养家者和管理者的新职能。同时,新时代女性还要承担大量的社会责任,在传承家庭价值观念和行为规范中都起到重要的引领作用,只有充分发挥女性在家风建设中的独特作用,才能推进家庭家教家风建设,促进优良社会风气形成。At present,most Chinese women still need to play the role of“wives and mothers”and take up the task of“assisting the husband and teaching children”,they have to spend a lot of time and energy on family construction and various family relationships maintenance,they are not only mothers and caregivers,but also take on the new functions of educators,nurturers and managers.At the same time,women in the new era have to take on a lot of social responsibilities and play an important leading role in transmitting family values and behavioral norms.Only by giving full play to the unique role of women in the construction of family ethics can we promote the construction of family education and ethics and the formation of good social ethics.
