摘 要:家校合作是政府、学校和家庭三方主体在社会结构中配合无间、借力共育,共同推动“教育的联合生产”。家长边缘性参与、家长委员会立场迷失、学校教育僭越家庭教育、学校脚本化实践是家校合作的实存状态。究其根源是内外因素共同作用的结果,集中表现为家校之间疏离和分裂、亲师之间隔阂和分歧以及政府介入失当。因此,需要建构内外两条路径突破实践发展困境,一是基于平等、理性协商和关怀原则的自觉自愿联合,二是高层的行政引领和权威供给与地方的实践智慧和动态调试相结合的区域推进。Home-school cooperation is the cooperation between the government,schools and families to promote the co-production of education in the social structure.Parental marginal participation,loss of parent committee position,school education overstepping family education,and school scripting practice are the real state of home-school cooperation.The root cause is the result of the interaction of internal and external factors,which is mainly manifested in the alienation and division between home and school,the barriers and differences between parents and teachers,and improper government intervention.Therefore,it is necessary to build two internal and external paths to break through the dilemma of practical development.First,conscious voluntary union based on the principles of equality,rational consultation and care,and second,the regional promotion of high-level administrative leadership and authoritative supply combined with local practical wisdom and dynamic debugging.
