高职院校“朋辈”教官队伍建设的作用机理与培养路径

摘　　要：“朋辈”教官具有退役军人和大学生双重身份,是高校开展军事训练的宝贵师资资源。本文以浙江省15所高职院校460位“朋辈”教官为研究对象开展调研,运用spss21.0统计软件进行多重响应分析和半结构化访谈的方式,研究“朋辈”教官队伍在重要作用、现实困难、发展期望等三个维度存在的主要问题,创新性提出建立完善队伍制度保障机制、采取分层方式推动队伍建设、全力支持团队持续发展的“三位一体”“朋辈”教官队伍培养路径。With dual identities of retired soldiers and college students,“peer”instructors are valuable teaching resources for military training in colleges and universities.Taking 460“peer”instructors from 15 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper uses spss21.0 to conduct multiple response analysis and semi-structured interviews to study the main problems of“peer”instructors in three dimensions:important role,practical difficulties and development expectations.Further,it innovatively puts forward the“trinity”cultivation path of“peer”instructor team construction:to establish and improve the team system guarantee mechanism,to promote team construction by using hierarchical method and to fully support the continuous development of the team.
