摘 要:新一轮工业革命的核心是制造企业智能化。基于TOE理论从技术、组织和环境层面构建制造企业数字化转型驱动因素模型,借助爬虫技术归集基期企业年报中“数字化转型”特征词,筛选出175家开展一定规模数字化转型的制造企业作为样本案例,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,从组态视角探究6个前因要素如何协同驱动制造企业数字化转型。研究发现:制造企业数字化转型需要多重前因变量协同发力,任何单一因素均无法作为结果产生的必要和充分条件;制造企业高数字化转型组态主要有4条,进一步可归纳为技术-组织主导型和全要素驱动型,具有“殊途同归”的特点;各组态之间存在重叠和潜在替代关系,其中数字技术创新和知识密集度是推动制造企业数字化转型的关键因素。研究结果揭示了制造企业数字化转型多重驱动因素之间的复杂组态效应,对制造企业数字化具有理论和实践参考价值。The core of the new round of industrial revolution is the intelligentization of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory of TOE from the aspect of technology,organization and environment construction of manufacturing enterprise digital transformation driver model,with the aid of the crawler technology collection base enterprise annual report"digital transformation"of key,select 175 manufacturing enterprises to carry out a certain scale digital transformation as a sample case,using the method of fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),From the perspective of configuration,this paper explores how six antecedents cooperatively drive the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises needs the synergistic efforts of multiple antecedents,and no single factor can be regarded as the necessary and sufficient condition for the result.There are four main configuration driving paths of high digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises,which can be further summarized as technology-organization leading type and total factor driving type,which have the characteristics of"reaching the same destination".There are overlapping and potential substitution relationships among all configurations,among which the level of digital technology innovation and knowledge intensity are the key factors to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.The results reveal the complex configuration effects among the multiple drivers of the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,which has theoretical significance and practical reference value for the digitalization of manufacturing enterprises.
