摘　　要：课程思政教育是目前专业课程建设必要进行的教学探索,建设交通强国背景下的旅客运营组织课程思政体系十分重要。旅客运营组织课课程思政教学体系从确定课次思政教学目的出发,以“大战略”“小细节”“多领域”“低风险”“少排放”几个核心要点构思课程思政元素及融入点,并结合多资料展示实时互动交流式的课堂模式设计实施教学方案,开展问卷调查并使用因子分析模型进行课程效果评价。Course ideological and political education is a necessary teaching exploration for the current professional courses construction,and it is very important to build the ideological and political system of Passenger Operation Organization course under the background of national strength in transportation.The ideological and political teaching system of passenger operation and organization courses is based on the purpose of ideological and political teaching for each class,and the core points of"big strategy","small details","multiple fields","low risk",and"low emission"are the core points to conceive the course ideological and political teaching elements and integration points.At the same time,combined with the multi-data display real-time interactive classroom mode,the teaching plan is designed and implemented,the questionnaire survey is carried out,and the factor analysis model is used to evaluate the course effect.
