TMR颗粒饲粮中桑叶粉比例对浏阳黑山羊生长性能、屠宰性能及经济效益的影响

摘　　要：为探究添加不同比例桑叶粉替代部分常规原料制成TMR颗粒饲粮对浏阳黑山羊生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响,试验选取15只3~4月龄、体重约17 kg的育肥浏阳黑山羊,分为3组,分别饲喂添加0(对照组)、15%(15 MLP组)、20%(20 MLP组)桑叶粉的TMR颗粒饲粮。试验期90 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,15 MLP组、20 MLP组料重比显著降低8.64%、5.39%(P<0.05);(2)15 MLP组、20 MLP组眼肌面积比对照组极显著提高49.19%、45.95%(P<0.01);(3)添加桑叶粉有降低胆固醇的趋势,其他血清生化指标各组间无显著差异(P>0.05);(4)只考虑饲料成本投入条件下,15 MLP组和20 MLP组的利润较对照组分别增加了52.66元和5.12元。结果表明,在TMR颗粒饲粮中添加15%~20%的桑叶粉对浏阳黑山羊生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标有显著积极影响,综合经济效益认为,桑叶粉适宜添加比例为15%。To study the effects of adding mulberry leaf powder instead of conventional feed materials in TMR granulated diets on growth performance,slaughter performance,blood biochemical indexes and economic benefits of Liuyang black goats,fifteen growing Liuyang black goats aged form 3 to 4 months and weighted about 17 kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,which were fed with granulated TMR added with 0(Control group),15%(15 MLP group)and 20%(20 MLP group)mulberry leaf powder respectively.The experimental period was lasted 90 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the ratio of feed and gain of 15 MLP group,20 MLP group was significantly decreased by 8.64%,5.39%(P<0.05).(2)Loin eye muscle area of 15 MLP group and 20 MLP group was very significantly increased by 49.19%,45.95%(P<0.01).(3)The content of total cholesterol in test groups showed a certain degree of decline compared with the control group,and other serum biochemical indexes were no significant difference among the treatment groups(P>0.05).(4)Considering only feed costs,compared with the control group,the profits of 15 MLP group and 20 MLP group increased by 52.66 yuan and 5.12 yuan respectively.The study indicated that adding 15%~20%mulberry leaf powder into TMR granulated diets had significant positive effects on growth performance,slaughter performance and blood biochemical indexes of Liuyang black goats.Taking into account economic benefits,the suitable proportion adding of mulberry leaf powder was 15%.
