摘 要:针对传统重力坝枢纽布置方法存在重复工作量大、效率低等问题,对自上而下骨架建模思路进行改进,自定义通用坝段部件基本数据结构,基于CATIA平台二次开发重力坝自动化装配程序。该程序具有坝段增加、删除、移动、组合等功能,可实现坝段灵活装配以及布置方案的快速修改,同时按照坝高每10 m一档对常用的重力坝坝段模型库进行系列化处理,可减小关键参数值变化范围,降低模型修正时出现错误的概率。通过工程应用,验证了该方法的可行性和合理性,与传统骨架装配方式相比,减少了大量重复性工作,可明显提升重力坝装配效率。In response to the issues of repetitive workload and low efficiency in traditional layout methods for gravity dam,the commonly used top⁃down skeleton modeling approach had been improved.The basic data structure of dam section components was customized and an efficient and flexible gravity dam assembly program based on CATIA platform was developed.This program could achieve functions such as adding,deleting,moving,and combining dam sections,achieving the goal of flexible assembly and modification of hub layout schemes.At the same time,the commonly used gravity dam section model library was modularized every 10 meters of dam height,reducing the range of key parameter values and the probability of errors during model correction.The feasibility and rationality of this method had been verified through engineering applications.Compared with traditional skeleton assembly methods,it reduced a lot of repetitive work and significantly improved the efficiency of gravity dam assembly.
