摘  要:高校双语教学是培养高精尖专门人才,深化高等教育改革的重要手段。通过调查和实证研究发现:目前高校双语教学预期目标与结果并不相符;不同学业背景学生对双语教学的态度和期待存在差异;师资力量和办学条件影响着双语教学目标的实现。造成这些问题的原因包括:专业知识和语言教学未能有效融合;学生学习态度和体验未能有效共促;教材选用和教学方式未能与时俱进;师资现状和教学要求未能有效匹配;保障机制和评价体系未能有效构建。在此基础上提出构建高校双语教学质量保障体系的建议:明确定位,科学确定课程设置;因材施教,提高主体学习体验;用好资源,探索多元教学模式;选师育师,强化师资队伍建设;提供保障,健全常态反馈机制。Bilingual teaching at colleges and universities is important to cultivate highly qualified professionals and deepen higher education reform.Through investigation and empirical research,it is found that the expected goals and results of bilingual teaching at colleges and universities are not consistent at present.The attitudes and expectations of students with different academic backgrounds towards bilingual teaching are different.Teachers and school running conditions affect the realization of bilingual teaching objectives.The reasons for these problems include:the lack of effective integration of professional knowledge and language teaching;Students’learning attitude and experience are not effectively promoted;The selection of teaching materials and teaching methods fail to keep pace with the times;The current situation of teachers and teaching requirements are not effectively matched;The guarantee mechanism and evaluation system were not effectively constructed.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of bilingual teaching quality assurance system at colleges and universities:clear positioning,scientific determination of curriculum;Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and improving their learning experience;Making good use of resources and exploring multiple teaching models;Selecting and educating teachers and strengthening the construction of teaching team;Providing guarantee and improving the normal feedback mechanism.
