团体叙事心理干预对青少年抑郁症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨团体叙事心理干预对改善青少年抑郁症患者的效果。方法将2021年12月至2022年2月收治的51例青少年抑郁症患者分为对照组,2022年3~5月收治的51例青少年抑郁症患者分为干预组,对照组行常规心理护理,干预组在常规心理护理基础上实施团体叙事心理干预,内容包括成立团体叙事心理干预小组、确定团体叙事活动目标、评估患者个人心理状态、制订并实施团体叙事心理干预方案。干预后评价两组抑郁焦虑情绪。结果两组干预后1个月、3个月、4个月抑郁、焦虑评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论团体叙事心理干预可有效改善青少年抑郁症患者抑郁焦虑情绪,促进其回归家庭社会。Objective To explore the effect of group narrative psychotherapy intervention on improving depression and anxiety in adolescent patients with depression.Methods A total of 51 adolescent depression patients admitted from December 2021 to February 2022 were divided into a control group,and 51 adolescent depression patients admitted from March to May 2022 were divided into an intervention groups.Both groups received routine treatment and general psychological nursing.The intervention group added group narrative psychological treatment.Treatment includes setting the goal of narrative group activities,formulating a group narrative psychotherapy plan and implementing group narrative psychotherapy,and comparing the changes in depression and anxiety mood of the two groups.Results The difference in depression and anxiety scores between the two groups at 1,3 and 4 months after the intervention was statistically significant.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Group narrative psychotherapy can effectively improve the depression and anxiety of adolescent depressed patients,and promote rapid recovery and return to family society.
