摘　　要：研究旨在探讨不同品种黄羽肉鸡毛囊密度性状的发育变化规律和品种间差异。试验以花山鸡、817肉鸡、清远麻鸡、溧阳鸡、瑶鸡和广西三黄鸡等为素材,测定不同周龄各品种毛囊密度。结果显示:各品种背部和腿部毛囊密度随着日龄的增长呈逐渐下降的趋势;3~9周龄时,花山鸡、清远麻鸡、溧阳鸡、瑶鸡和广西三黄鸡背部和腿部毛囊密度在不同周龄之间均呈显著差异(P<0.05)。处于上市日龄品种间的比较,除溧阳鸡、广西三黄鸡、花山鸡和817肉鸡,其他品种的背部和腿部毛囊密度显著高于罗斯308肉鸡、毛囊直径低于罗斯308肉鸡(P<0.05);文昌鸡、狼山鸡、鹿苑鸡和崇仁麻鸡的背部和腿部毛囊直径显著低于其他品种(P<0.05)。品种内公母之间比较,瑶鸡和崇仁麻鸡的腿部毛囊密度在公母间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。各品种的体重分别与背部毛囊密度和腿部毛囊密度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),背部和腿部毛囊密度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。结果提示,可以通过对体重的选择间接调控毛囊密度性状,性别可能会影响不同品种腿部毛囊密度的大小,研究结果为培育适合冷鲜上市的黄羽肉鸡配套系提供基础。The study aimed to investigate the developmental patterns and varietal differences in feather follicle density traits of yellow-feathered broiler chickens.Huashan,817 broilers,Qingyuan partridge,Liyang,Yao and Guangxi Sanhuang breeds were as materials to determine the developmental patterns of feather follicle density traits at different weeks of age.The re⁃sults showed that the feather follicle density of back and leg skin all showed significant difference between different time points in Huashan,Qingyuan partridge,Liyang,Yao,and Guangxi sanhuang breeds from 3 to 9 weeks of age(P<0.05).When compared to dif⁃ferent breeds that were all at market age,except for Liyang,Guangxi Sanhuang,Huashan and 817 broiler breeds,other breeds had higher density and lower diameters in the back and leg skin feather follicle than the Ross 308 broiler;moreover,the feather follicle diameters of Wenchang,Langshan,Luyuan,and Chongren partridge were significantly lower than those of other breeds(P<0.05).Comparing males and females within breeds,the leg follicle density of Yao and Chongren partridge chicken was significantly differ⁃ent between males and females(P<0.05).Body weights were significantly negatively correlated with both dorsal and leg feather follicle density(P<0.01).The dorsal follicle density was significantly positively correlated with leg follicle density(P<0.01).The results indicated that the feather follicle density traits could be indirectly regulated through the selection of body weights,and that sex may affect the leg feather follicle density traits in different breeds.The results of the study provided basic theoretical information for breeding yellow-feathered broiler lines suitable for cold marketing.
