摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮添加酵母硒对太行鸡产蛋后期产蛋性能、蛋品质、鸡蛋抗氧化性能及蛋硒含量的影响。试验选用54周龄产蛋率接近、健康状况良好的产蛋后期太行鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组6重复,每重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮添加0.15 mg/kg、0.30 mg/kg、0.45 mg/kg、0.60 mg/kg的酵母硒(以硒计)。预饲期7 d,试验期63 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组合格蛋率及产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组蛋壳厚度显著提高(P<0.05),蛋白高度和蛋形指数显著改善(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组蛋白高度及哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05),蛋壳厚度极显著提高(P<0.01);试验Ⅲ组蛋壳厚度极显著增加(P<0.01),蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组蛋壳厚度及蛋白高度极显著增加(P<0.01),蛋形指数极显著改善(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,各试验组鸡蛋谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、总超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力含量均极显著提高(P<0.01),丙二醛活性极显著降低(P<0.01),蛋硒含量均极显著增加(P<0.01),且随着添加量的升高,蛋硒含量也随之提高。综合分析得出,产蛋后期太行鸡日粮添加0.30 mg/kg酵母硒效果较适宜。The effect of supplemental yeast selenium on laying performance,egg quality,egg antioxidant capacity and seleni⁃um content in egg of Taihang chicken were studied.Three hundred 54-week-age Taihang chickens with consistent laying rate and good health were selected.They were randomly divided into five groups,each with 6 replicates and 10 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed with the basal diet,0.15 mg/kg,0.30 mg/kg,0.45 mg/kg and 0.60 mg/kg of yeast selenium were added to the basal diet for test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ.Pre-feeding period was 7 d,the test period was 63 d.The results showed that:com⁃pared with the control group,the qualified egg yield rate and the egg yield rate was significantly increased in test groupⅠ(P<0.05),the egg yield rate was significantly increased in test groupⅡ(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the thickness of egg shell was significantly improved in test groupⅠ(P<0.05),and protein height and egg shape index were improved signifi⁃cantly(P<0.05);The protein height and Haugh unit were significantly increased in groupⅡ(P<0.05),and the thickness of egg⁃shell was greatly increased(P<0.01);The thickness of eggshell was greatly increased in test groupⅢ(P<0.01),and the protein height and Haugh unit were significantly increased(P<0.05);The egg shell thickness and protein height were greatly increased in test groupⅣ(P<0.01),and the egg shape index was greatly improved(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the activities of glutathione peroxidase,total superoxide dismutase,total antioxidant ability and malondial dehyde were greatly improved in test groups(P<0.01).The content of egg selenium was greatly increased in each test group(P<0.01),and with the increase of the addi⁃tion,the content of egg selenium was also increased.The results showed that 0.30 mg/kg yeast selenium supplementation in Tai⁃hang chicken diet at the late cycle was suitable.
